The selected students will be enrolled as Trainees under On-the-Job Training (OJT) through various schemes such as NAPS, NATS, LEAD, and WISTA. The duration of the training will range from 1 to 3 years, depending on the scheme. Selected trainees will be deployed at the Royal Enfield Vallam Vadagal Factory across various departments, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects & ME, MSE, PPC, Logistics, and Materials, based on business requirements at the time of joining.
